Dan Paulson grew up on a dairy farm, where he learned the value of hard work at an early age. He later moved to corporate America, at companies like Lands’ End and Menards, and also at smaller regional businesses like Michael’s Frozen Custard, where he was involved in their growth.
Taking these experiences, he formed his own company to work with business owners to develop and grow their companies, but perhaps more importantly, their people, for success.
Dan has noticed that more often than not a business will reach a plateau. It has experienced growth and success, but then that levels out and they get stuck. This often works concurrently with the owner(s) finding themselves more and more entrenched in their business, making it harder to take days off or spend time with the family.
Dan helps these types of businesses get to the next level while helping their owners find that they can have a life outside of work.
Part business coach, part analyst, part business developer, Dan believes in a what’s next/work-to-get-things-done process rather than just a “rah-rah” let’s-get-motivated/hope-for-the-best approach.
If you’re a business owner that has found yourself at that plateau, wondering what’s next, it’s time to call Dan. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain to get in touch.
